Manual or Hand-Held Applications
- Digital Probe – Multiple hole-location check with a single probe; Allows for single probe to be used across multiple gages. Data collection with manual or via data collector.
- Manual Probe – Multiple hole-location check with a single probe; Allows for single probe to be used across multiple gages. Data collection via indicator or LMI 200.
- Analog Probe – Best for tight fit, small size applications; Allows for a single probe to be used across multiple gages. Data collection via compatible data collector.
- LVDT Probe – Best for parts that require extremely tight tolerance verification; Allows for increased repeatability; Works exceptionally well on die-cast parts and stamped parts. Data collection via LVTD with Data Collector.
Automated Applications
- Pneumatic Probe – Best for automated applications within fixtures. Delivers multiple checks within a fast cycle time process and 100% variable data collection and reporting via LVDT. Also has optional 3rd Axis and surface measuring capabilities.
